Hego UK is delighted to be playing an integral role in ITV Sport’s coverage of the European Championships as provider of graphics both at ITV’s studio hub in Poland and to its edit facilities in London.
Our operators in Warsaw are providing presentation graphics and on-air clocks to ITV’s broadcasts throughout the tournament and we have installed infrastructure at ITV Studios to facilitate fast and flexible addition of rendered graphics to ITV’s multiple Avid edit suites.
We have worked closely with ITV Sport’s design team to deliver a series of innovative and distinctive graphics including bold lower-frame name straps for ITV’s studio guests and complex, multi-layered trails for which our powerful GS2 graphics engines have played out treated video with composited graphics in real time.
ITV Sport’s Euro 2012 programming has been acclaimed for its excellent expert analysis and the wonderful location of its purpose-built studio which overlooks Castle Square in Warsaw; we are proud to have played a key role in the success of the coverage.
